OOctwin Platform WhatsApp AI agents

Run a WhatsApp Business API agent for your Egyptian business.

Egypt runs on WhatsApp. If you sell, book or support, that is where your customers already are — and the WhatsApp Business API is what lets a business answer at scale rather than one phone at a time.

This page is about the part that decides whether it works: what your agent can actually DO once the number is connected.

Arabic and English, decided per message

A mixed customer base is the normal case in Egypt, and asking "Arabic or English?" is the first thing a customer has to do for you rather than for themselves.

An Octwin agent reads the language from the message that arrives, on the first message. The reply, the menu underneath it, the buttons and the direction of the text all come back in it. No menu, no "press 1", no extra model call.

What the agent does once your number is live

Everything below happens inside the WhatsApp thread — no link out to a website, which is where most conversations quietly end.

Sell
A scrollable catalogue, a cart, a confirmation and a payment request.
Book
Real availability, claimed in the chat — no double-booking.
Support
Photos, voice notes and documents understood, not just text.
Escalate
A case opened and routed, with the whole conversation attached.
Follow up
Order and booking updates inside the 24-hour window.

Your highest-volume replies cost nothing to answer

Cost per conversation matters more the higher your volume is, and most real traffic is taps — next, this one, add, confirm. Those are already decisions, so they route straight to the right step with no model call at all.

You are billed by Meta for the conversation either way; what this changes is whether you also pay for AI on a button press.

Instant
on every tap — no AI thinking time
Zero
AI cost on a tap. Not cheaper: none.

Start from an agent built for your trade

Each vertical ships as a pack: its conversation, its data model, and the back-office modules it turns on. You start from one and change it, rather than describing your business to a blank page.

Questions people ask

Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account already?
You need one to go live. Setting it up is still done in Meta’s own tools, with us alongside you — it is not a self-serve step yet, and we would rather say so than surprise you with it.
Can I use my existing business number?
A number moving onto the WhatsApp Business API has to be registered for it with Meta, which is part of the setup above. Bring the number you want customers to know.
Does it answer in Arabic?
Yes, when your agent ships Arabic content — and it decides per message rather than asking the customer to pick. The reply, the menu and the text direction all switch together.
Can it take payment in the conversation?
The confirmation and the payment request happen in the thread. What completes the payment depends on the provider you already accept money through.
What does it cost to run?
Meta charges for the conversation regardless of vendor. What differs here is that a button press — the bulk of real traffic — makes no model call, so you are not paying for AI on top of every tap.
